I thought frickin Atkins was gradually being perceived as more and more discredited. But that seems to have coincided with a boom in low-carb marketing in the states. How do you make a low-carb "hamburger"? I suggest that's not a hamburger. Does it still count as low-carb if you eat the paper wrapper?
