BBC: Dismay at Wolfowitz's nomination.

You can imagine the BBC sub-editor preparing that story and curling his lip as he pronounces the name incorrectly, "Volfovitz". They really hate the guy in old europe. I don't think it's possible to escape suspicion that when the BBC uses the term "neo-conservative" they just means "Jew".

I have no idea whether he'll make a decent World Bank head or not. But I'm enjoying the entertaining reactions to the appointment, and to Bolton's appointment to the UN. Two of the most politically motivated international organizations in the world complaining about two guys with "political agendas". Wow, Katie bar the door, things will never be the same.
